SHM BC Art Exhibition: The Revival

Join us at the opening weekend of Sikh Heritage Month BC: The Revival - Art Exhibition!

Art is an integral part of Sikh heritage. Various forms of art have been practiced by Sikhs over centuries. A lot of those forms of art have now been lost or slowly going out of use. This night will be about reviving those arts and giving them new life.

The Art Exhibition will highlight local Sikh artists and consist of artwork, poetry, film, historical exhibits, as well as stage performances, including a Raag (musical) performance. There will also be an online auction for art pieces.

Join us in celebrating a night of rich heritage. Refreshments will be provided.

Running time is approximately 3 hours. The event begins at 6pm with a 2 hour performance in Centre Stage (no intermission) followed by up to 1 hour in the lobby to view the exhibits and enjoy refreshments.
