RISING STAR CHILDREN ART FESTIVAL

This event features vocal, dance, instrumental music, opera and martial arts performances by young artists, mostly from Surrey. Also involved are Surrey dance schools, local music studios, multicultural art groups, and Tom Lee Music. The event concludes with prizes being awarded by the conductor from the Vancouver Youth Symphony Orchestra and Capilano University’s music professor.

Running time is approximately 1 hour 50 minutes, no intermission

Presented by Rising Star Performance Art Society. Its mission is to provide a stage for young performance artists to show their artistic talent and experience the mutual exchange of learning.
