PERK UP, PIANIST!

Formerly the host of our Classical Coffee Concert Series, Sarah Hagen—with her dry wit and deadpan delivery—pairs anecdotes with music to transform from her role as an award-winning concert pianist into a stand-up, or rather sit-down, comedian. Through awkward but heartfelt storytelling, a tinkle or two (of the ivories!), and a healthy dose of the ridiculous, Sarah shares the ups and downs of life as a touring musician on the lookout for love, and her belief that ultimately, in some way, there is a pianist inside all of us.
