For the final Coffee Concert of the season, the Bergmann Duo have selected some of their favourite two-piano repertoire. The Waltz was one of the most popular and significant dances of the 19th century, inspiring many great composers to create some of their most well-known and beloved works. This performance will include Liszt’s Mephisto-Waltz, Ravel’s La Valse, Copland’s Saturday Night Waltz as well as William Bolcom’s witty Ragtime-Fantasy The Serpent’s Kiss.
