Sikh Heritage Month is happening in BC for the first time!

Sikh Heritage Month aims to celebrate the contributions and aspirations of Sikh Canadians to develop a greater appreciation and understanding of a rich, unique, and diverse heritage. It will also facilitate collective learning through intercultural and interfaith community participation. The Opening Night will be the art exhibition. It will highlight local Sikh artists and consist of artwork, poetry, film, and historical exhibits. There will also be stage performances, including a Naad musical piece. The night will include a silent auction for art pieces.

Come out and experience a fantastic night for your entire family!

Presented by UBC and SFU Sikh Students' Associations

Running time: 1.5 hours for the performances in Centre Stage at Surrey City Hall, then 2 hours in the lobby of City Hall with art and artists, including refreshments
